pyhctsa.utils.dict_output¶

pyhctsa.utils.dict_output(func)¶

Decorator for a feature function that returns a dict of outputs (one feature per field).

When the function cannot compute anything (hctsa: out = NaN, every output undefined) and would return a bare nan, the decorated function returns the dict with every field NaN instead (see nan_outputs()), so that the feature names stay <label>.<field> whatever the data.
