Github
Our group’s Github page is here.
You can find software packages for the tools we develop, and investigate code for reproducing results in our published papers.
Open software
We have also developed a range of software packages related to time-series analysis (with more on the way!)
Details of open time-series analysis software developed in our group is detailed on a dedicated website.
Below are a few key packages:
- hctsa (Matlab), allows you to extract thousands of time-series analysis features from a collection of time series.
- pyhctsa (python) is a reimplementation of the hctsa feature library in python, with a subset of the features implemented so far.
- catch22 (C, Matlab, python, R, Julia) allows you to evaluate 22 time-series features, coded efficiently in C and wrapped for python and with native versions for R and Julia.
- pyspi (python) is a comprehensive library for computing pairwise interactions from multivariate time series.
- theft (R) implements the extraction, analysis, and visualisation of a range of open time-series features.
